One Extricated After Head-On Crash In Fishkill

One person had to be extricated following a head-on crash on Route 9 around 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, according to Village of Fishkill Police.

The crash, which is still under investigation, occurred on Route 9 at Church Street, said Fishkill Police Commissioner Glenn Scofield. 

One person was extricated and transported to a local hospital for treatment, he added.

The roadway has been cleared and traffic is flowing.
